Review of Progress and Technical Adequacy. At any appropriate time, representatives of the Contracting Officer may review the progress and technical adequacy of the Contractor’s work. Such review shall not relieve the Contractor from performing all contract requirements, except as may be waived by written instructions or official modification from the KO.
