Common use of Review of Properties Clause in Contracts

Review of Properties. Administrative Agent or its counsel shall have completed a due diligence review of the Credit Parties’ Mineral Interests and other operations, including a review of facts or circumstances known to them which would constitute a material violation of any Applicable Environmental Law or which would likely to result in a material liability to any Credit Party, and/or otherwise reveal any condition or circumstance which would reflect that the representations and warranties contained in Section 7.16 are inaccurate in any material respect.

Review of Properties. Administrative Agent or its counsel shall have completed a due diligence review of the Credit Parties’ Borrower’s Mineral Interests and other operations, including a review of facts or circumstances known to them which would constitute a material violation of any Applicable Environmental Law or which would likely to result in a material liability to any Credit PartyBorrower, and/or otherwise reveal any condition or circumstance which would reflect that the representations and warranties contained in Section 7.16 are inaccurate in any material respect.

Administrative Agent or its counsel shall have completed a due diligence review of the Credit Parties’ Mineral Interests Oil and Gas Properties and other operations, including a review of facts or circumstances known to them which would constitute a material violation of any Applicable applicable Environmental Law or which would likely to result in a material liability to any Credit Party, and/or otherwise reveal any condition or circumstance which would reflect that the representations and warranties contained in Section 7.16 (as contained in the Credit Agreement on the Closing Date) are inaccurate in any material respect.
