Review of Properties. Administrative Agent or its counsel shall have completed a due diligence review of the Credit Parties’ Mineral Interests and other operations, including a review of facts or circumstances known to them which would constitute a material violation of any Applicable Environmental Law or which would likely to result in a material liability to any Credit Party, and/or otherwise reveal any condition or circumstance which would reflect that the representations and warranties contained in Section 7.16 are inaccurate in any material respect.
