Common use of Review of requirement to provide Security Clause in Contracts

Review of requirement to provide Security. If at any time during the Term, the End User: (a) is required to provide Security under this clause 6; and (b) considers that its financial circumstances have changed such that it should no longer be required to provide Security, then the End User may request (provided that the End User must not request more than once in any Year) that Aurizon Network review the creditworthiness of the End User and Aurizon Network will undertake such a review when requested.
