Common use of Review of requirement to provide Security Clause in Contracts

Review of requirement to provide Security. If at any time during the Term, the Operator: (a) is required to provide Security under this clause 9; and (b) considers that its financial circumstances have changed such that it should no longer be required to provide Security, then the Operator may request (provided that the Operator must not request more than once in any Year) that Aurizon Network review the creditworthiness of the Operator and Aurizon Network will undertake such a review when requested.
