Common use of Review of Separation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Review of Separation Agreement. You understand that you may take up to forty-five (45) days to consider this Agreement and, by signing below, affirm that you were advised to consult with an attorney prior to signing this Agreement. You also acknowledge that at the time you were first provided this Agreement to consider, you were provided with the attached document entitled “Information Concerning Reduction in Force” (Exhibit B). You also understand you may revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days of signing this document and that the compensation to be paid to you pursuant to Section 3 will be paid only at the end of that seven (7) day revocation period.
