Review Service Clause Samples
The Review Service clause defines the process and terms under which one party will evaluate or assess certain deliverables, documents, or services provided by the other party. Typically, this clause outlines the timeframe for conducting the review, the criteria or standards to be applied, and the method for communicating feedback or required changes. Its core practical function is to ensure that deliverables meet agreed-upon expectations before final acceptance, thereby reducing misunderstandings and providing a structured mechanism for quality control.
