Review Your Statements. The Primary Cardholder must make sure to review their statement each month. You must look for Transactions that you do not recognize or did not authorize. If you find an error or problem, you must tell us within thirty days of the Statement Date. After that time, you may not make a claim for any Transaction on that statement.
