Common use of Reviews and Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Reviews and Acceptance. Work performed by the Contractor shall be subject to review and acceptance in stages as required by the County. Acceptance shall not relieve the Contractor of its professional obligation to correct, at his own expense, any errors in the Work.
