Common use of Reviews of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Reviews of Receivables. As soon as available and in any event within 30 days after each Review referenced in Section 7.1(c), the Borrower will deliver to each of the Co-Agents a written report on the results of such Review prepared by accountants or auditors selected as specified therein and reasonably acceptable to each of the Co-Agents, substantially in the form of the report delivered for the prior Review, and covering such other matters as any of the Agents may reasonably request in order to protect the interests of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, under or as contemplated by this Agreement;
