REVISED LICENSE AGREEMENT. FHS reserves the right to revise License Fees and any other charges upward or downward upon thirty (30) days written notice. FHS also reserves the right to revise any policy, procedure, term, and/or condition of this License Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice. Any change in University policy will be provided to Licensee in writing and will go into effect immediately.
