AMENDED SCHEDULE IV The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by replacing Schedule IV, in its entirety, with the amended Schedule IV, attached hereto as Attachment C, by adding the fees described under the heading “Money Market Fund Services Fee”.

Amended Schedule The applicable Schedule for any Taxable Year may be amended from time to time by the Corporation: (i) in connection with a Determination affecting such Schedule; (ii) to correct inaccuracies in the Schedule identified as a result of the receipt of additional factual information relating to a Taxable Year after the date the Schedule was originally provided to the Member; (iii) to comply with an Expert’s determination under the Reconciliation Procedures applicable to this Agreement; (iv) to reflect a change in the Realized Tax Benefit or Realized Tax Detriment for such Taxable Year attributable to a carryback or carryforward of a loss or other Tax item to such Taxable Year; (v) to reflect a change in the Realized Tax Benefit or Realized Tax Detriment for such Taxable Year attributable to an amended Tax Return filed for such Taxable Year; or (vi) to adjust a Basis Schedule to take into account any Tax Benefit Payments made pursuant to this Agreement (any such Schedule, an “Amended Schedule”).
AMENDED SCHEDULE I The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by replacing Schedule I, in its entirety, with the amended Schedule I, attached hereto as Attachment A.
Vacation Schedules (a) Completed vacation schedules will be posted by April 30th of each year. The schedule will be circulated commencing February 1st of the same year. (b) An employee who does not exercise her seniority rights within two (2) weeks of receiving the vacation schedule, shall not be entitled to exercise those rights in respect to any vacation time previously selected by an employee with less seniority. (c) An employee who relocates to another work location where the vacation schedule has already been completed will not be entitled to exercise her seniority rights for that year only. However, every effort shall be made to grant vacation at the time of the employee's choice.
Updated Schedules Concurrently with the delivery of the Compliance Certificate referred to in Section 6.02(a), the following updated Schedules to this Agreement (which may be attached to the Compliance Certificate) to the extent required to make the representation related to such Schedule true and correct as of the date of such Compliance Certificate: Schedules 1.01(c), 5.10, 5.20(a), 5.20(b), 5.21(b), 5.21(c), 5.21(d)(i), 5.21(d)(ii), 5.21(e), 5.21(f), 5.21(g) and 5.21(h).
Superseding Adjustment If, at any time after any adjustment of the number of shares of Common Stock for which this Warrant is exercisable and the Warrant Price then in effect shall have been made pursuant to Section 4(e) or Section 4(f) as the result of any issuance of warrants, other rights or Common Stock Equivalents, and (i) such warrants or other rights, or the right of conversion or exchange in such other Common Stock Equivalents, shall expire, and all or a portion of such warrants or other rights, or the right of conversion or exchange with respect to all or a portion of such other Common Stock Equivalents, as the case may be shall not have been exercised, or (ii) the consideration per share for which shares of Common Stock are issuable pursuant to such Common Stock Equivalents, shall be increased solely by virtue of provisions therein contained for an automatic increase in such consideration per share upon the occurrence of a specified date or event, then for each outstanding Warrant such previous adjustment shall be rescinded and annulled and the Additional Shares of Common Stock which were deemed to have been issued by virtue of the computation made in connection with the adjustment so rescinded and annulled shall no longer be deemed to have been issued by virtue of such computation. Upon the occurrence of an event set forth in this Section 4(g) above, there shall be a recomputation made of the effect of such Common Stock Equivalents on the basis of: (i) treating the number of Additional Shares of Common Stock or other property, if any, theretofore actually issued or issuable pursuant to the previous exercise of any such warrants or other rights or any such right of conversion or exchange, as having been issued on the date or dates of any such exercise and for the consideration actually received and receivable therefor, and (ii) treating any such Common Stock Equivalents which then remain outstanding as having been granted or issued immediately after the time of such increase of the consideration per share for which shares of Common Stock or other property are issuable under such Common Stock Equivalents; whereupon a new adjustment of the number of shares of Common Stock for which this Warrant is exercisable and the Warrant Price then in effect shall be made, which new adjustment shall supersede the previous adjustment so rescinded and annulled.
Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V. (b) Salary schedules will contain Career Enhancement/Growth steps as described in Section 45.6.
Shift Schedules 1501 Shift schedules for a minimum of a four (4) week period shall be posted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the beginning of the scheduled period. Shifts within the minimum four (4) week period shall not be altered after posting except by mutual agreement between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer. Requests for specific days off duty shall be submitted in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to posting and granted, if possible in the judgment of the Employer. 1502 Requests for interchanges in posted shifts or a portion thereof shall also be submitted in writing, co-signed by the nurse willing to exchange shifts with the applicant. Where reasonably possible, interchanges in posted shifts are to be completed within the posted shift schedule. It is understood that any change in shifts or days off initiated by the nurses and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime costs to the Employer. 1503 Night shift shall be considered as the first shift of each calendar day. 1504 Master rotations for each nursing unit shall be planned by the Employer in meaningful consultation with the nurse(s) concerned. The process for meaningful consultation shall include: Employer proposes a master rotation including the Employer established criteria and provides to Nurses concerned Nurses are provided reasonable time to submit feedback and/or an alternate master rotation for consideration. The amended or new master rotation is provided to Nurses for review. Nurses are provided with a reasonable time to submit feedback. At each step of the consultation process the Union will be provided with the new or revised master rotation to ensure contract compliance. Employer has the sole discretion to select the new master rotation and provides rationale for the selection. Master Rotations shall, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer, observe the conditions listed hereinafter: (a) a minimum of fifteen hours (15) off between assigned shifts. (b) (i) a minimum of forty-seven (47) hours off at one time, or
Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Sec. 503 REGULAR PAY DAY: Employees shall be paid on or about the Friday following the end of the biweekly payroll period.
