REVISION OR WAIVER. 48.1 Changes to this Agreement may be made by mutual consent at any time during the life of the Agreement. Such amendment shall be in writing. 48.2 If laws are passed, applying to Employees covered by this Agreement, rendering any provision of this Agreement null and void, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement.
