REVISIONS OR MODIFICATIONS. A. No amendment or variation of the terms of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and approved as required. No oral understanding or agreement not incorporated in this Agreement is binding on any of the parties. B. The State reserves the right to revise or modify this Agreement to reflect any restrictions, limitations, or conditions enacted by Congress or the Legislature or as directed by the Executive Branch of State Government.
