Common use of Revisions to Design Clause in Contracts

Revisions to Design. β€Œ Developer shall treat any changes to design initiated by Developer and already checked by the Designer and certified by the DQAM as an entirely new design. Such circumstances shall not form the basis of a Relief Event or otherwise entitle Developer to additional compensation or a time extension.
