Common use of Revocation and Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Revocation and Effective Date. The Executive may revoke any acceptance of this Agreement within seven (7) days, and this Agreement shall not become binding or enforceable until this seven (7) day period has expired without the Executive having so revoked. This Agreement shall become effective on the eighth (8th) day following the Executive’s signing of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”). To revoke this Agreement, the Executive must provide a signed written notice of revocation addressed to Xxxxx XxXxxxxxxx, Spirit Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, 0000 X.
