This Agreement or any other Transaction Document or any of their respective provisions for any reason (or in the case of any Security Document, ceases to provide the security intended) is repudiated or its validity or enforceability at any time is challenged by any Person unless such repudiation or challenge is withdrawn within thirty (30) days of IFC’s notice to the Borrower, except that no such notice shall be required or, as the case may be, the notice period shall terminate if and when that repudiation or challenge becomes effective; or
