Revocation of a proxy. is effective by a writing delivered to the Partnership stating that the proxy is revoked or by a subsequent proxy executed by the Partner who executed the proxy or, as to any meeting, by the attendance and exercise of the right to vote at that meeting by the Partner who executed the proxy.
