Common use of Revocation of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Agreement. You understand that you may revoke this Agreement in writing within seven (7) days after you sign it, and the Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the end of the seven-day period. To be effective, before the end of the seven-day period, you must deliver, or fax and mail, your written revocation to the Company, to the attention of the first Company representative signing this Agreement using the contact information listed below the representative’s signature. If you revoke this Agreement, the Company shall have no obligations under this Agreement.
