Common use of Revocation of Election to Change Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Election to Change. The Borrower may revoke its election to effect a conversion of the Mode of such Bonds to the Fixed Rate Mode by giving written notice of such revocation to the Issuer, the Trustee, the Tender Agent, and the Remarketing Agent, Liquidity Facility Provider (if any), and Credit Facility Provider (if any) for such Bonds at any time prior to 10:00 a.m. New York City time on the Business Day immediately preceding the Rate Determination Date for the proposed Mode Change Date.
