Common use of Revocation of Election Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Election. The Norwegian Competent Authority may revoke an election described in Paragraph 3.3.1.1 or 3.3.1.2 following consultation with, and written notice to, the U.S. Competent Authority.

Revocation of Election. The Norwegian Swedish Competent Authority may revoke an election described in Paragraph 3.3.1.1 or 3.3.1.2 following consultation with, and written notice to, the U.S. Competent Authority.
