Common use of Revocation of Election Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Election. Any Seller Common Shareholder may at any time prior to the Election Deadline revoke such shareholder’s Election and submit a new Election Form by providing written notice that is received by the Exchange Agent by 5:00 p.m., local time for the Exchange Agent, on the business day prior to the Election Deadline.

Elections may be similarly revoked if the Effective Date does not occur by September 30, 2008.
