Common use of Revocation of License Agreement Clause in Contracts

Revocation of License Agreement. a. The university may revoke this License Agreement for any of the following reasons: 1. The Licensee is convicted of any misdemeanor or felony committed on university property, or involving any member of the university community (e.g., students, staff, faculty) whether on or off university property, or that is otherwise university related. 2.
