Common use of Revocation of License for Breach Clause in Contracts

Revocation of License for Breach. Either party may revoke any licensed Intellectual Property Right, in the event of a material breach of this Agreement by the other party (or any Subsidiary the other party) with respect to such licensed Intellectual Property Right if such breach is not cured within ninety (90) days following the breaching party’s receipt of written notice of such breach from the other party. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, upon any revocation of a licensed Intellectual Property Right pursuant to this Section 11.1, all other rights and licenses granted under this Agreement that are in effect at the time of such revocation shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
