Revocation of Mandatory. Purchase Notice shall be effective only as to Purchase Notices which are in excess of the Monthly Base Amount and which have a Purchase Date later than three (3) Trading Days after receipt by the Buyer of the Revocation of Mandatory Purchase Notice. Any Purchase Notices submitted by the Buyer which have a Purchase Date on or prior to the third (3rd) Trading Day after receipt by the Buyer of the Revocation of Mandatory Purchase Notice must be honored by the Company as otherwise provided herein.
