Revocation of Permitted Use or Disclosure of PHI. Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate of any changes in, or revocation of, permission by the patient to use or disclose PHI of Covered Entity, to the extent that such changes may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of PHI of Covered Entity.
