Revocation of USR. This Agreement shall terminate following County’s revocation of Property Owner’s USR, except that the Property Owner shall only be released from this Agreement after the successful completion of all improvements required under this Agreement, which may be completed by County after accessing Property Owner’s collateral if Property Owner fails to complete such improvements.
