Common use of Revocation or Modification of consents etc Clause in Contracts

Revocation or Modification of consents etc. if any Necessary Authorisation which is now or which at any time during the Facility Period becomes necessary to enable any of the Security Parties to comply with any of their obligations in or pursuant to any of the Security Documents is revoked, withdrawn or withheld, or modified in a manner which the Agent reasonably considers is, or may be, prejudicial to the interests of a Finance Party in a material manner, or if such Necessary Authorisation ceases to remain in full force and effect; or

Revocation or Modification of consents etc. if If any Necessary Authorisation which is now or which at any time during the Facility Period becomes necessary to enable any of the Security Parties to comply with any of their obligations in or pursuant to any of the Security Finance Documents is revoked, withdrawn or withheld, or modified in a manner which the Agent reasonably considers is, or may be, prejudicial to the interests of a Finance Party in a material manner, or if such Necessary Authorisation ceases to remain in full force and effect; or

Revocation or Modification of consents etc. if If any Necessary Authorisation which is now or which at any time during the Facility Security Period becomes necessary to enable any of the Security Parties to comply with any of their obligations in or pursuant to any of the Facility Security Documents is revoked, withdrawn or withheld, or modified in a manner which the Facility Agent reasonably considers is, or may be, prejudicial to the interests of a Finance Party Facility Beneficiary in a material manner, or if such Necessary Authorisation ceases to remain in full force and effect; or

Revocation or Modification of consents etc. if any Necessary Authorisation consent, licence, approval, authorisation, filing, registration or other requirement of any governmental, judicial or other public body or authority which is now now, or which at any time during the Facility Period becomes becomes, necessary to enable any of the Security Parties to comply with any of their obligations in or pursuant to any of the Security Documents is not obtained or is revoked, suspended, withdrawn or withheld, or is modified in a manner which the Agent reasonably considers is, or may be, is materially prejudicial to the interests of a Finance Party in a material manner, or if such Necessary Authorisation ceases to remain in full force and effectthe Banks; or

Revocation or Modification of consents etc. if If any Necessary Authorisation which is now or which at any time during the Facility Period becomes necessary to enable any of the Security Parties to comply with any of their obligations in or pursuant to any of the Security Documents is revoked, withdrawn or withheld, or modified in a manner which the Agent reasonably considers is, or may be, prejudicial to the interests of a Finance Party in a material manner, or if such Necessary Authorisation ceases to remain in full force and effect; or

Revocation or Modification of consents etc. if 19.28 If any Necessary Authorisation which is now or which at any time during the Facility Period becomes necessary to enable any of the Security Parties Obligors to comply with any of their obligations in or pursuant to any of the Security Documents is revoked, withdrawn or withheld, or modified in a manner which the Agent reasonably considers is, or may be, prejudicial to the interests of a Finance Party in a material manner, or if such Necessary Authorisation ceases to remain in full force and effect; or. 57

Revocation or Modification of consents etc. if If any Necessary Authorisation which is now or which at any time during the Facility Period becomes necessary to enable any of the Security Parties to comply with any of their obligations in or pursuant to any of the Security Finance Documents is revoked, withdrawn or withheld, or modified in a manner which the Agent reasonably considers is, or may be, prejudicial to the interests of a Finance Party in a material manner, or if such Necessary Authorisation ceases to remain in full force and effect; oror 13.1.16

Revocation or Modification of consents etc. if If any Necessary Authorisation which is now or which at any time during the Facility Period becomes necessary to enable any of the Security Parties to comply with any of their obligations in or pursuant to any of the Security Documents is or the Guarantee is, save as expressly contemplated therein, revoked, withdrawn or withheld, or modified in a manner which the Agent reasonably considers is, or may be, prejudicial to the interests of a Finance Party in a material manner, or if such Necessary Authorisation ceases to remain in full force and effect; or

Revocation or Modification of consents etc. if any Necessary Authorisation which is now or which at any time during the Facility Period becomes necessary to enable any of the Security Parties to comply with any of their obligations in or pursuant to any of the Security Documents is revoked, withdrawn or withheld, or modified in a manner which the Agent reasonably considers is, or may be, prejudicial to the interests of a Finance Party the Banks in a material manner, or if such Necessary Authorisation ceases to remain in full force and effect; or

Revocation or Modification of consents etc. if 19.28 If any Necessary Authorisation which is now or which at any time during the Facility Period becomes necessary to enable any of the Security Parties Obligors to comply with any of their obligations in or pursuant to any of the Security Documents is revoked, withdrawn or withheld, or modified in a manner which the Agent reasonably considers is, or may be, prejudicial to the interests of a Finance Party in a material manner, or if such Necessary Authorisation ceases to remain in full force and effect; or.
