Revocation or Termination of Access. Breach, or wrongful use or disclosure of Information Assets by County or its Users, may cause the immediate revocation of the Access granted though this Privacy and Security Agreement, in the sole discretion of ODHS, or ODHS may specify a reasonable opportunity for County to cure the unauthorized use or disclosure and end the violation, and terminate the Access if County does not do so within the time specified by ODHS. Legal actions also may be taken for violations of applicable regulations and laws.
