Common use of Revocation Right Clause in Contracts

Revocation Right. Executive may revoke this Release within the seven day period beginning on the date Executive signs this Release (such seven day period being referred to herein as the “Release Revocation Period”). To be effective, such revocation must be in writing signed by Executive and must be delivered to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company before 11:59 p.m., Jacksonville, Florida time, on the last day of the Release Revocation Period. This Release is not effective, and no further consideration will be provided to Executive, unless the expiration of the Release Revocation Period expires without Executive’s revocation.
