Revolving Committed Amount. If at any time the sum of the aggregate amount of Revolving Loans outstanding plus LOC Obligations outstanding exceeds the Revolving Committed Amount, the Borrower shall immediately make a principal payment to the Administrative Agent in the manner and in an amount necessary to be in compliance with Section 2.1.
