As to any Bank at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Amount at such time of its outstanding Revolving Credit Loans and the aggregate Outstanding Amount of such Bank’s participation in Letter of Credit Obligations at such time. Each and every revolving credit loan made or to be made or deemed made by the Banks to the Borrower pursuant to §2.1(a) or §3.3, and excluding, in any event all Bid Rate Loans.
