Revolving Credit Facility Availability Period. Subject to other terms of the Senior Finance Documents, the Revolving Credit Facility shall be made available pursuant to the Revolving Credit Facility Agreement from the date of issue of the Project Certificate of Occupancy for the Original Project until the earliest of: (a) the Termination Date (as defined in the Revolving Credit Facility Agreement); and (b) the date upon which the Advances thereunder are declared to be immediately due and payable pursuant to Clause 19.2 (Remedies following an Event of Default).
