Common use of Revolving Credit Facility Fee Clause in Contracts

Revolving Credit Facility Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent for the account of each Bank, as consideration for such Bank's Revolving Credit Commitment, a nonrefundable facility fee equal to .25% of such Bank's Revolving Credit Commitment, payable on the Closing Date.
