Each Lender which has a Revolving Credit Commitment set forth opposite its name on Schedule 1 hereto and any other Person who becomes an assignee of any rights and obligations of a Revolving Credit Lender pursuant to §17 or who agrees to advance additional Revolving Credit Loans pursuant to §15.
