RFC 3261 Compliance. This service is based on RFC 3261 – “SIP-Session Initiation Protocol” and requires Customer to conform to this standard. In the event Xxxxxxxxx.xxx determines that Customer is in violation of RFC 3261 and this violation prevents Xxxxxxxxx.xxx from accurately rating or billing Customer’s calls, Xxxxxxxxx.xxx reserves the right to xxxx the customer based on their estimated usage and rates, based on Xxxxxxxxx.xxx’s discretion.
