RFP Submission. The proposer’s RFP submission shall include all information requested in in this RFP, including the following:
RFP Submission. RFP shall be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the proposal name, proposal number, date & time of opening, and xxxxxx’s name and address. RFP’s must be received in hard copy, no facsimile, telephone, and/or e-mailed RFP’s will be accepted. RFP’s received after the stated RFP opening date and time shall not be accepted and shall be returned unopened to the vendor. FUESD is not responsible for delays in a delivery of mail by the U.S. Postal Service, private couriers, or any other means of delivery. All RFP’s meeting the deadline requirement become the property of FUESD and will not be returned. All RFP’s shall be delivered to the FUESD’s Purchasing Department, Attention: Kara Allegro, at 000 X Xxxx Xx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 no later than 10:00am, February 5th. By submitting this RFP, vendor acknowledges and approved the terms and conditions established by the District in this RFP. These terms and conditions may not be altered by the vendor, either by the terms of the proposal or by any acknowledgement or attachment.
RFP Submission. A) Cover letter signed by a person authorized to bind the proposing entity to the terms and conditions contained in the submission. The cover letter shall include a statement of understanding of the project, the proposed project point of contact, and a statement of receipt of any addendums.

The second low bidder, if they have submitted a certified check or cashier's check will be permitted to bond their bid as a matter of right; the Thruway Authority form TA-4426 is to be used for this purpose and may be obtained from the Contracts Unit at Authority Administrative Headquarters only.” 102-08 SAMPLE APPENDIX A - STANDARD CLAUSES FOR ALL NEW YORK STATE CONTRACTS. Delete this section in its entirety and Substitute the following: “102-08 STANDARD CLAUSES FOR ALL NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY AUTHORITY AND NEW YORK STATE CANAL CORPORATION CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS AND FEDERALLY-FUNDED CONTRACTS (APPENDIX A). The parties to the attached contract, license, lease, amendment or other agreement of any kind (“the contract” or “this contract”) agree to be bound by the following clauses which are hereby made a part of the contract (the word “Contractor” herein refers to any party and its agents, successors and assigns, other than the Thruway Authority (“Authority”) or Canal Corporation (“Corporation”), whether a contractor, licensor, licensee, lessor, lessee or any other party):
