RFP Submission. RFP Submission means the submission of the Contractor in response to the Request for Proposals.
RFP Submission. RFP shall be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the proposal name, proposal number, date & time of opening, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s name and address. RFP’s must be received in hard copy, no facsimile, telephone, and/or e-mailed RFP’s will be accepted. RFP’s received after the stated RFP opening date and time shall not be accepted and shall be returned unopened to the vendor. FUESD is not responsible for delays in a delivery of mail by the U.S. Postal Service, private couriers, or any other means of delivery. All RFP’s meeting the deadline requirement become the property of FUESD and will not be returned. All RFP’s shall be delivered to the FUESD’s Purchasing Department, Attention: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, at ▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ no later than 10:00am, January 8th. By submitting this RFP, vendor acknowledges and approved the terms and conditions established by the District in this RFP. These terms and conditions may not be altered by the vendor, either by the terms of the proposal or by any acknowledgement or attachment.
RFP Submission. The proposer’s RFP submission shall include all information requested in in this RFP, including the following: a. Cover letter signed by a person authorized to bind the proposing entity to the terms and conditions contained in the submission. The cover letter shall include a statement of understanding of the project, the proposed project point of contract, and a statement of receipt of any addendums. b. A statement outlining the consideration sought for removal of the existing structure and supply documentation that supports the consideration request such as quotes, estimates, and hourly rates. Preference will be given to proposers that will accept the structure itself as consideration for removing the structure c. A detailed outline of the proposed removal plan to include means of extraction for the existing structure, and a complete project timeline for the removal following the notice to proceed at a level sufficient that the City may make a valid comparison among the proposals d. A detailed listing of all exceptions noted to the sample agreements. e. The Qualification and Business Information Questionnaire attached to this RFP, filled out in its entirety with the information of the individual or business responding to the RFP.
