You acknowledge, agree and accept that any conflict, argument, disagreement, dissension, discord, challenge, controversy or claim arising out of or related to Agreement and the GT&C herein, including the Guidelines, including but not limited to the breach, termination, or validity thereof, including requests for the annulment of a decision as set forth in article 12, section 5 of the GT&C, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, shall be resolved by means of arbitration before the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”), in accordance with the rules that are in force at the time the arbitration is commenced.
