RICOH Termination Sample Clauses

The RICOH Termination clause defines the conditions under which either party, or specifically Ricoh, may end the contractual relationship before its natural expiration. Typically, this clause outlines specific events or breaches—such as non-payment, insolvency, or failure to perform key obligations—that would trigger the right to terminate. It may also specify required notice periods and any obligations that survive termination, such as payment for services rendered. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear and structured process for ending the agreement, thereby protecting both parties from ongoing obligations in the event of significant issues or breaches.
