Right of AUL to Change Interest Rates. AUL has the right at any time, upon delivery of written notice to the Contractholder, to change the Guaranteed Rate of Interest. Any such change shall apply only to Participant Accounts established on or after the effective date of such change, and shall apply for the duration of such affected Participant Accounts. Any change in the Guaranteed Rate of Interest shall not result in a rate less than that prescribed by applicable state law.
