Right of Bank to Fund through Other Offices. The Bank, if it so elects, may fulfill its agreements hereunder with respect to any Eurodollar Funding by causing a foreign branch or affiliate of the Bank to make such Eurodollar Funding; provided, that in such event the obligation of the Co-Borrowers to repay such Eurodollar Funding shall nevertheless be to the Bank and the Eurodollar Funding shall be deemed held by the Bank for the account of the branch or affiliate.
