Common use of Right of Bank Clause in Contracts

Right of Bank. but not Borrowers, to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction 19.4.1 nothing in this clause 19 limits the right of the Bank to bring proceedings, including third party proceedings, against the Borrowers or either of them, or to apply for interim remedies, in connection with this Agreement in any other court and/or concurrently in more than one jurisdiction; 19.4.2 the obtaining by the Bank of judgment in one jurisdiction shall not prevent the Bank from bringing or continuing proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether or not these shall be founded on the same cause of action.
