Common use of Right of Control Clause in Contracts

Right of Control. The COUNTY shall have and maintain the responsibility for and control of the delivery of services, the standards of performance, the discipline of personnel, and other matters incident to the performance of services, duties, and responsibilities as described and contemplated herein; provided, however, notwithstanding any other provision of this contract to the contrary, the TOWN through its Town Manager shall have the right to meet with the County Manager, or his/her designee, to discuss the services provided to the TOWN pursuant to this contract.
