Common use of Right of Final Approval Clause in Contracts

Right of Final Approval. The City retains right of final approval of any supporting documentation submitted before a payment request is approved for processing. Failure to provide supporting documentation acceptable to the City may result in delay or rejection of the payment request. The City reserves the right to modify the required supporting documentation, as needed.
