Right of First Refusal Not Exercised By Liberty. If Liberty does not exercise the Right of First Refusal, you may transfer the Franchise or ownership interest therein according to the terms set forth in the Notice, provided that you satisfy the conditions of Sections 15(f) below and complete the sale within ninety (90) days from the date that Liberty received Notice from you. If you do not conclude the proposed sale transaction within this ninety (90) day period, Liberty’s Right of First Refusal shall continue in full force and effect.
