Right of Fiscal Agent to Own Bonds. The Fiscal Agent and its officers, directors and employees, may become the holder of, or acquire any interest in, any Bonds, with the same rights that it or they would have if it were not the Fiscal Agent, or they were not such officers, directors or employees, and may engage or be interested in any financial or other transaction with the Province and may act on, or as depositary, trustee or agent for, any committee or body of holders of Bonds or other obligations of the Province as freely as if it were not the Fiscal Agent hereunder or they were not such officers, directors or employees.
