Right of Holders to Bring Suit. Subject to the provisions of Clause 21 (Limited Recourse and Non-Petition) of the Issuer Security Trust Deed, the right of any Noteholder to bring suit for the enforcement of any payment of principal of or interest on any Note, in each case, on or after the respective due dates therefor expressed in such Note, is absolute and unconditional and shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Noteholder.
