Right of Indemnity in Favour of Others. With respect to any party who may be indemnified by paragraph 10(a) above and is not a party to this Agreement, the Agents shall obtain and hold the rights and benefits of this paragraph 10 in trust for and on behalf of such Indemnified Party.
