Common use of Right of Inspection; Due Diligence Clause in Contracts

Right of Inspection; Due Diligence. Subject to the rights of Tenants under the Leases, Agent, Lenders and their respective agents or employees, may enter any Property at any time on reasonable advance notice (provided no advance notice shall be required after the occurrence of an Event of Default) for the purpose of (a) inspecting such Property or ascertaining Borrower’s compliance with the terms of any Loan Document, and (b) conducting periodic due diligence to assess the condition of the Collateral, Borrower and such Property.
