Common use of Right of Inspection of Construction Clause in Contracts

Right of Inspection of Construction. Grantor will have the right to inspect all construction or installation work performed within the Franchise Area and to make such tests as it finds necessary to ensure compliance with construction or installation standards of this Franchise, other applicable City codes and ordinances, and other pertinent provisions of law. Grantee will fully cooperate in facilitating such inspections or tests and will be subject to any fees or charges applicable under ordinance or other laws or regulations.
