Landlord may enter premises at reasonable terms to inspect, to make repairs or alterations, and to show the apartment to possible buyers, lenders, Inspectors, and or future Tenants. Locks may not be changed without written permission. Tenants will be given as much advance warning as possible given the circumstances, via written means (email, note), telephone, or face to face. Notification is also implied when a repair is requested by Xxxxxxx.
